100% Pinot Noir

Matured in bottle on its lees for 48 months, this 100% pure Pinot Noir has a lovely pale pink colour, clean fresh red fruit on the nose, followed by lively fresh fruit flavours on the palate with an appealing softness; elegant and vey sippable - in our view the perfect Champagne combination.

Sommelier Wine Awards 2008, Gold List Judges comments "Attractive top notes of peonies overlaid a richer, more strawberry-laden core. This was the stand-out sparkling rosé of the competition, with complexity, depth, length and substance - all for well under £20. A find." The Sommelier Wine Awards is the UK's only on-trade exclusive wine competition, judged by a panel of the UK's leading Sommeliers and on-trade wine buyers. The best of the wines submitted are included in the Short List, and the best of these awarded Gold List status. In 2008 Boutinot achieved 36 Awards, 15 Gold List wines and 19 Short List wines, a By the Glass Awards and the Critics Choice Award.

Come along to our Craft Beer Tasting Evening and make your mind up.

 We will select a range of 6 premium craft beers (I.P.A., Wheat Beer, Porter, Fruit Beer...maybe even a Smoked Beer!) to be paired ...with 6 Bay Tree courses.

Tickets are £45 per person, or £40 per person in groups of 4 or more.

 These evenings fill up quickly, so do book early if this looks like your kind of thing!

A free beer for anyone who attends in lederhosen !! (not really actually, but we are sure everyone else would appreciate it if you did !!)
