Description

This complex wine is opaque in colour and shows aromas of sweet blackcurrant leaf and a hint of cedar on the nose. Superb structure with solid, tight tannins and a long satisfying finish.

2003 Vintage, Sommelier Wine Awards 2008, Short List Judges comments "Creamy, aromatic, long, refined and elegant. Slightly spicy and savoury, with a rather herbal finish. Would suit ligher foods as well as casseroles."
