Description

Olssens is nestled amongst the dry thyme covered hills of Bannockburn, where the essence of nature is captured by vines deeply rooted in the rocky, gold-bearing schist soils. Olssens produces a range of 13 different wines, many of which are sold exclusively to cellar door visitors and mail order customers.

A classically crisp and dry wine, full of lime and lemon flavours that fill the mouth and linger. This wine is very European in style and whilst very tasty now, it will reward cellaring.

Is Beer the New Wine?

Come along to our Craft Beer Tasting Evening and make your mind up.

 We will select a range of 6 premium craft beers (I.P.A., Wheat Beer, Porter, Fruit Beer...maybe even a Smoked Beer!) to be paired ...with 6 Bay Tree courses.

Tickets are £45 per person, or £40 per person in groups of 4 or more.

 These evenings fill up quickly, so do book early if this looks like your kind of thing!

A free beer for anyone who attends in lederhosen !! (not really actually, but we are sure everyone else would appreciate it if you did !!)
