85% Merlot 15% Cabernet Franc

Another  favourite, followed for years and never disappointing. Christian Moueix and Jean-Claude Berrouet, his fantastic winemaker,have turned this Château right around and it is producing some of the silkiest and most succulent of all the Pomerols. Not quite as dense and heavy as some, more finely tuned red summer fruit and elegant structure.

Delicious red and black fruit on the nose, elegant and smooth on entry, clear, frank red summer fruit flavours. Gorgeous wine. 7-20 years
