With all his skills and passion for quality, the Berneroy master blender has distilled cider made with apples from the finest Normandy orchards, concentrating their exceptional fruit character. The crystal clear spirit has then been patiently aged under his watchful eye in oak barrels for several years, to create the superb range of Berneroy Calvados.

The distinctive nose of fresh apples, with a hint of pear, slowly evolves with age to develop more complex aromas of butter, vanilla, baked apple and liquorice. The rich flavours of Berneroy Calvados makes it the perfect digestif which will also complement the finest cheeses
