A new release from Jameson, this reportedly 'contains some of the oldest and rarest whiskeys available for individual selection in the Jameson Distillery', one of which was a pot-still whiskey matured in a port pipe, which adds an extra fruitiness to the final assemblage.

First released for sale in October 2007, Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve is Jameson's most exclusive whiskey. Carefully crafted by the 4 Masters, it represents the ultimate in distilling excellence and is a wonderful expression of Jameson craftmanship.

Initially sweet with ripe notes of melon, bananas, & dark fleshy plums. Unmistakable pot still spicy character with hints of treacle, cinnamon, & liquorice.
